Questions
What is ReloadCentral VIP?
A discount on every top-up for players who come back. There are 5 tiers, from 0.5% off at VIP 1 to 2.5% off at VIP 5. It's free and there's nothing to sign up for beyond a ReloadCentral account.
How do I reach a tier?
Your tier comes from what you've paid for top-ups in the last 3 months while signed in. Your first paid order makes you VIP 1, and you move up as soon as your total reaches the next tier.
What counts towards my tier?
Paid top-ups bought while signed in to your account, at the price you actually paid after discounts. Orders bought as a guest, cancelled orders and refunded orders don't count.
How long do I keep my tier?
As long as your last 3 months of top-ups add up to it, and always at least until the end of the month after you reached it. Reach VIP 3 on 10 March and you keep it at least until 30 April, even if your total dips. Your account's VIP page shows the date.
What happens if I spend less?
Orders older than 3 months stop counting. Once your tier's date passes, you move to the tier your last 3 months support, and your next order can lift you straight back up.
How does the first-order discount work?
Your first order gets 5% off, up to S$5.00. We recognise a first order by your account and the player ID: if either has ordered with us before, it isn't a first order. You don't need an account for it.
Why is PayNow cheaper?
PayNow costs us less to accept than cards, so we pass the saving on: 1% off every order you pay by PayNow.
Can I combine discounts?
Yes. First-order, VIP and PayNow discounts all apply together, and so does a voucher, except that a voucher and the first-order discount don't combine: whichever takes more off applies. Each one is worked out on the pack price, and checkout shows every discount and your total before you pay.
How do vouchers work?
Type a voucher code at checkout under “Have a voucher code?”, or, when you're signed in, pick one we've given you. One voucher per order. Each voucher shows its conditions, like a minimum spend or an end date. Your vouchers are listed in your account.
Do I still earn reward points?
Yes. You earn 1 point for every S$1 you pay, after discounts. See your points.
Can the discounts change?
We may change the tiers and discounts. The price at checkout is always the one you pay. The full rules are in our Terms of Service.
